1.Implementing the massive scissors we have seen on a few other multi-tools, this goes a step further, to include many more tools and features, enough to make one wonder if this really is as good as it looks in the pictures.
2.The scissors are massive, spring-loaded, and quite comfortable to operate. They cut effortlessly through cotton cloth, denim, parachute cord, plastic packaging, credit card plastic, card stock, cardboard. Truly a joy to use. The action is amazing.
3.The construction quality is high. Advertised as "industrial level fineblanking process," Roxon promises "smooth surface and high precision." Well, they delivered.
4.The multi-tool performed extremely well. Everything deploys promptly, pivots out smoothly, snapping into place with authority, and stays open, while being used.
1.True to their promise, the Roxon S501 is comfortable, sturdy, and with great tolerances. Nothing rattles, nothing grinds against anything else, nothing is grimy. The pivots are smooth and everything deploys beautifully. The blade locks securely, and remained firm through-out. The grinding is precise. No missed plunge grinds, no uneven sharpening. High marks for using bronze washers.
2.We are greeted by a pair of scissors as large as they are precise. The action, the sharpening, the tips, the spring return; everything exhibits a high level of quality and attention. Thank you, Computer Numerical Control.

4.The S501 is a high-quality tool, put together with care. For the size of a folding knife, you get a great folding blade, with a positive lock, and a pair of scissors that will outclass most.
1.Typical of the series, the S601 is a well made, quality tool. No scratches, no sharp points or unfinished edges. All liners and handle scales are machined properly, rounded off, and polished. It assembles nicely, while making efficient use of space.
2.The implements pivot in and out smoothly. All locks engage securely with an audible snap, with no play. The blade is rock-solid, thanks to its great lock-back. The spatula and fork merge into tongs very convincingly, solidly, with a great spring return, and very comfortable handles and action.
3.The tool performed admirably. It is comfortable to hold, and the blade and scissors cut very effectively.
4.Looking at it for what it is, it will certainly function for what it was designed to do, while also being an undeniable curiosity, a peculiar, modular leviathan, an interesting conversation piece and a welcomed entry to any multi-tool collection.
